Shipping & Returns

We want your LENIKA package to reach you quickly and reliably. Shipping usually takes place within a few business days of your order.

If something doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return your order within 14 days of receipt. Simply send us an email to hi@lenika.shop so we can coordinate everything together.

How the return works

You have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return it to LENIKA. The items must be in perfect, unworn condition, and all tags and original packaging must be present.

Your order does not include a pre-printed return label. To receive a refund, you must submit a return request to us. Please send this to hi@lenika.shop. You will then receive all the information, including a printable return label, sent to the email address you provided.

A return fee (within Germany) is €1.99, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns outside Germany cost 50% of the shipping amount, which we will also deduct from your refund. Please use our packaging for returns so you can be sure that your items will arrive safely and undamaged.

Processing, including the refund to your original payment method, will generally take up to 14 days. Thank you for your understanding.
